Ahmed Mahmoud is a senior corporate legal consultant with deep expertise across the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. Fluent in Arabic and English, he has structured over 12 cross-border entities, advised on transactions exceeding USD 120 million, and navigated regulatory systems in 12+ jurisdictions including the UAE, Ethiopia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Germany, Cyprus, and Mozambique.​

His background includes:

  • M&A and Joint Ventures: End-to-end deal support from structuring and regulatory clearance to post-merger integration.

  • International Contract Law: Drafting, negotiation, and enforcement of bilingual contracts, NDAs, JVs, and strategic agreements.
